Trent Polytechnic was a UK higher education institution in Nottingham that operated from 1970 to 1992, eventually becoming Nottingham Trent University (NTU) in 1992. The main concert venue for what was Trent Polytechnic (now Nottingham Trent University) was historically its Students’ Union, hosting bands in the late 80s/early 90s.
