I was 16. It was over 18s at the Barras but luckily I looked older and they didn’t ID back then. I was down the front and when they performed it was like Bob was in a trance. He got so connected to the music. I remember someone shouting for ‘Flip Your Wig’ and Bob saying ‘Sugar don’t play that shit’! Support was a Northern Irish band called Puppy Love Bomb Iirc.
Remember this being a fantastic show and very, very loud. Just managed to retrieve my ticket from the loft. Was lucky enough to meet the band after the show while waiting for my lift and they all signed the back of the ticket. Spoke to Bob for a while as well before they got on their very small tour bus.
