Subj: Sugar in Europe

Hi there everyone.Thsi is my first message to you all and it concerns Robert Garcia’s qeuston as to wether anyone had seen sugar
in europe..Well i have. They played the Manchester Academy (in the UK) on October 15th 1994. Unfortunately the sound quality of the whole night was not quite up to expectations. I don’t know if it was just the acoustics of the venue or the instrument set ups, but
nevertheless i enjoyed myself extremely. One disappointment though was that sugar weren’t as loud as their reputation says they are,
(well I only had ringing in my ears for a day and half thereafter). it was only afterwards that i found out that bob had turned it down
slightly over this tour.

i recently purchased a cd of Sugar’s July 92, Cabaret Metro, Chicago gig. Wow!!!!. Especially the version of “If I Cant Change Your Mind” –
amazing.

On the Concert theme, has anybody heard sugar play “Fortune Teller” live, as it’s a classic stompalong pop song.
